Rayd, if you're gonna make a part 3 to this series, you CANNOT forget this player: The Savior. These people are kinda rare, but if theres one in your server, these people particularly go out of their way to save players in need, for example if any players are getting chased or are starving and without shelter, they will immediately rush to the rescue. I have met a handful of these people and I myself am one. They are like a mix of the builder, food hog, hunter, and scout. They are willing give whatever they can and on behalf of the saviors, I think they're pretty cool.

You forgot two players: Adventurer and Adapter Adventurer: Moves around the map all the time, only stopping during nighttime to build a quick base to hide in. These players usually have filled up inventories and are ready to help others in need but won’t stop moving around. Adapter: Whenever this player spawns in, they build a base out of nearby parts and don’t abandon it. These players still go out to get food and things like that, but won’t leave too far as they will adapt to their surroundings.

The searcher: The players that look for great places to build such as pool tables, construction lids, and pallets. they often build on a pillar and collect food and toys. they never grief and often get wrapped up in looking and forget about nighttime.

You forgot my kind here. *The Multitasker*: They spend a lot of their time in the base usually but are more likely to go out if they are by themselves. They spend time building, decorating, suggesting ideas, collecting, and are usually the lead of the operation. They are bound to have multiple waypoints set for home, food sources 1, 2, 3 so they never lose their way. They also spend a lot of time collecting items like med kits and food. It's very likely that they have a bunch of the toys in the game, these players also enjoy organizing and sometimes bossing their friends around to get items so they don't have to. They hate it when someone unwelcomed comes into their base. Most of these players have feminine avatars but a big handful of them have masculine avatars too. A final note is that these players don't go far from home.

Im definitely a renovator. This one time I found an amazing shelf base with lots of food, decor, and an even structure. A lot of people came by it and because of its large size they got to stay for a bit It got much larger and I wonder if it is a still in a server

One to add to the list: The Safehouse Builder A variant of the Builder who cares less about building intricate structures, and instead focuses on building safehouses large enough to accommodate multiple players near spawn, before giving new players access to their base once it's complete and stocked with food

Tower Builder: Players that spend hours making spiraling ramps around pillars just to get to the ceiling. The Useless Teammate: Players that are invited into houses but don't do anything. They usually go AFK but come back every so often just to eat food and get medkits. When they are asked to help do stuff, they just refuse or pretend to go AFK again.

Yo here are some fun challenges that can be difficult but make the game more interesting for people who feel bored just sitting in a base or want more difficultly 1.Night worker You are only allowed to begin building ur base at night time no building during the day but supply runs are allowed. You also must abandon ur base every 3 days and must build another however this is optional but I highly recommend u do the whole challenge -Allowed to gather materials close to where you want the base built 2.Hermit Not allowed to build ur own base but you can find already built ones and use those -Allowed to work and build on already made bases but cannot create ur own from scratch -Allowed to repair bases u find if they get griefed or are in need of securing 3. Drifter Cannot stay in the same base twice -must only spend one night in a base u make or find making it to where you must keep building/finding bases 4.Late night snacker You can only search for and eat food At night as well as other supplies -Medkits are allowed during the day but you can only collect them at night 5.Baseless You cannot build a base nor stay at an already built one,survival is entirely dependent on luck and staying hidden or running,you must defend yourself. 6.Opposite days Must stay at a base/shelter during day time and leave it during night as if you a vampire take shelter from the day and roam the night -Cannot stay in a shelter/base during night -must stay in shelter/base during day no leaving until night -Allowed to build a base when u spawn regardless of time I Hope someone see this and tries it Have fun

@Rayd After part 1 and 2, you still missed my variety. *The Hider* is a supportive player that all the time will stay in a base, day or night. They only exit bases to go to plots right next to it. Even if they have a marker, they still stay nearby. If someone is needing help inside the base, they’ll help. They know everything about 3008 because while inside the bases, doing nothing but hiding from employees, they study the gameplay, avatars, items, and updates. If you ask them something about 3008, they’ll know it. They don’t have a avatar style they usually wear. If you place something in the base and it is really ugly to them in it, they’ll take it and put it where they think it’s pretty. If you put it back, they will kick you out the base forever. Usually they have a good memory, so don’t get on their bad side. If you ask them to work in any way, they’ll get anxious.

I like to think of that as the Scared Player. In the day time they can be mostly any type of player. But at night they hide inside the base sit in the corner and might freak out in the chat. I might be this type of player from time to time.

As a ghost player ( and having ghost player friends ) I can confidently say that you're more likely to see a ghost player at night than at day. The reason I'm a ghost player is because it means no one can follow me and grief my base.

I want to add onto this: The Safe Zone Master Focuses less on building intricate and/or hidden structures and focuses more on building compounds that can house multiple players. They usually build near areas that store plenty of food for easy restocks and will accept any player willing to help out with anything or just needs a place to bunk for the night. I usually love doing this as I like seeing players around me cooperating with each other.

I would say I'm a builder-foodhog hybrid people refer to sometimes as "Bunker Planner". Similar to safehouses, these players are builders who have the problem with hoarding to the point they will act as dragons- guarding their facility with antigrief measures with layers of thin materials, housing either a single tile or multiple tiles containing HUNDREDS of food items. Bunker Planners are usually people who allow players to stay inside of their bunker since they're designed to house multiple players for very long durations for either teaching them the game in pure safety for long durations, a place for them to AFK in, or to rest the night out and take a breather while they grab some supplies for their own base. Bunker planners, once finished with their horde, will usually have enough food to supply an entire *server* for an ingame week, and sometimes months if they've managed to find perfect locations with multiple cafeterias and ice cream tiles nearby. These players, while elusive, are usually there to help the noobs out however they can, but can sometimes be a little protective of their base when the people they're helping try to add on their "vision".

Me and my friends built a very fancy restaurant style base with a bunch of people staying and living there and we had a tradition that everyone who moves it in hast to pick up the block which was the brown block and move it where they want as tradition it went on for 8 people until me and my friend left

I'm actually a ghost player personally and sometimes I do actually only come out at night, I do it because it gives me a fun challenge and because all you need to do is grab an object and go under it to stay safe if you are chased (unless there's crawling ones now, I haven't played in a while) and then you continue on! There's also no one running around to get food so you can get food and supplies without having to potentially fight over an item

I like how I met a renovator ( more like a griefer) she is so awesome at building and happen to stumble upon my base and I saw her and said "what are you doing to my base?" You forgot two other players the collector and the stealer The collecter is a type of 3008 player that pretty much collects any plushies, dolls and cool furniture this player doesn't spend much time building their base because at day they are normally running around collecting stuff. The stealer is similar to the griefer because this player spends most of their time going into abandoned and not abandoned bases stealing anything they can't, this player is also similar to the collecter because they collect stuff from peoples bases. (I am a collecter)

That’s me because I suffer when I join it’s always night and like when im in my private server I MAKE IT BLOOD NIGHT EVERYTIME and make a sky base but now I start at bottom to top and I make employee’s fall and when I make a base and someone comes in I let them and if they destroy it i don’t know I just use the parts left and fix it and I’m probably the renovator and I made me as an employee but I don’t act like one and also.. As a ghost player, it depends. For example, I will walk out to get food, materials, etc. if it’s safe at night. For the most part I just stay and build in my base. I collect food, and just not interact with others in general. P.s. - Coming from a ghost player, it’s practically impossible not to see us vibin’ in the corner / walls of the map. Best way to see us

im not a ghost player but a thing i do is, once i figure out what day it is, every monday and friday night i go and look for food, since most go out in daytime there is more of a chance for food to be taken by other people. So at night while everyone is probably hiding out in their bases, i just grab all the food for myself. i apologise to the people that have had their base near mine or played in the same server as me :,)

You should add a type of player who is the “Rarity hunter”. Similar to the achievement hunter, they try to find rare stuff like “The chocolate bar” or “the gamecube” thats the type of player that I am and I think its really cool because, once I found 3 gamecubes and tons of plushies

Once I took over an abandonded Ice Cream base and trapped an employee inside because they couldn't leave after night. I had stacks of food and it was really good until this guy came in sprinting, took down my crouch door cause they couldn't crouch, freed the employee and took a lot of my food.

I build contraptions out of beds or tables to trap employees, I slide under a table of the contraption and boom, it can work sometimes until a random player just takes apart the contraption

As someone who rarely plays on public servers, I am probably a ghost player. I’ll spawn in and go find a place with very few people to move in to and make a house in. If you do spot me, it’s during the day, because I AM hiding in my house all night, lol
