Wow, it’s impressive that you manage to get so much work done during your day while also not going crazy or feeling super drained and exhausted at the end of it! My partner and I (both PhD students in Hawaii also working on our YT channel) have been feeling a little burnt out lately working on our PhDs almost 9-5pm and getting home just feeling too tired to do anything else 🥲 Trying to turn things around, so super cool to see how you manage it all 😊

How do you carry all the things you need for your jobs and exercise?

Great Question! I use the same laptop for all my work so I will usually pack that, a charger, lunch, a change of clothes for Yoga (I wear runners to avoid needing to bring extra shoes), and then I carry my back pack on my back, and have my yoga mat like strapped around me. My yoga studio offers mat rental so I could leave my mat in the studio alternatively or rent one.
