@@juggernautpanda5177 I'm in my 8th session, and I don't regret it, so challenging and not boring like ordinary gyms but honestly it requires a lot of mental and physical efforts , endurance and there are many things to bear in mind and to memorize, already got my 1st injury but blv me I feel like I am practicing a real sport ! If u r hesitating, just gooooo 💪

@@Jack-mn6ox a hard beginning equals an easy ending , that's what my coach says nd I think it's so relatable, spare with a pro mate , add extra sets , resist pain , and never go without having a good meal , u ll waste time and efforts Also , try to have very caloric meal to gain , not like crossfit nd bodybuilding, u ll lose so much that the scale ll surprise u , good luck man💙

Literally same. I went to one class and showed up on sparring day. Almost died just from the warm up and never went back lmfao

You and me both then lol I workout 30m-1h everyday but I my shape never changes (type 1 diabetes+several complications and slowed down metabolism). I just feel like this would be humiliating as hell for me, I got no balance or coordination it's literally impossible for me to not look completely stupid/incompetent doing this stuff. My shadow would beat me in shadow boxing lol

sir, what is the difference between Kickboxing and Muay Thai?

Kickboxing is an umbrella term not really a specific rules set , muay thai is a type of kickboxing for example but so is savate, savate and muay thai have completely different rules but they are both different styles of kickboxing

Kickboxing was created by the Japanese because Muay Thai ( Thai Boxing) completely humiliated Karate.
