Fury agreed to everything for the fight, Usyk added the REMATCH CLAUSE, but the WBC told Fury's side that there will be no rematch, the other orgs are not interested in a unified champ, whatever happens, the belts are going to be split up. Usyk is asking for a rematch clause that doesn't have all the belts involved. Usyk walked away, Fury is still in camp.

I don’t think Fury can keep up an intense pace for 12 rounds…not in front of Usyk. I’ll even say that Usyk gets a stoppage in the late rounds, due to a fatigued and emotional defeated Fury. The buildup to this fight is monumental, and can’t wait. Hope the Jolly Green Giant doesn’t “get injured” in training, and delay the clash. I wouldn’t put it past him…Fury has a history of “ducking”. If this happens, strip him of his belt. Best step into the ring, and find out how crappy of a boxer he really is. Usyk gonna school him.

Very few bigger Tyson fans than me. I celebrated his victory over Klitschko and followed everything closely after. His trilogy with Wilder gave me some of the most exciting moments of my boxing-fan life. So watching him duck the best fighters, making BS excuses at every turn, contradicting himself one comment and interview after another has been a massive disappointment. We'll probably see Fury-Chisora 10 before we see Fury-Usyk One. I laughed at the idea Fury was afraid of Usyk when it was first proposed. But now I can't find any other explanation. But then again, we all need to keep in mind that in reality Fury is certifiably crazy. It might be unrealistic to expect him to behave rationally.

Usyk, exactly the same reach (78) and height (6’ 3”) as Muhammad Ali which I find a fascinating fact. There is no doubt imo that a Usyk/Fury fight would not only be one the biggest fights of all time, but could evolve into another history defining trilogy matching the Wilder/Fury trilogy. They have to fight eventually even for them it would define their status as simply one of the best heavyweight champions of all time. Both men claim to be religious but only one of them tries to live his life as a good person. It’s also a very interesting considence that Fury constantly talks about being bigger and unbeatable and refering to himself as the Behemoth and Goliath both of which are biblical giants/monsters believed to be unbeatable but beaten in the end. The seameangly unbeatable giant Goliath was beaten by much smaller David. Usyks name Alexander litterally means Warrior. And Usyk styles himself as a Zaporizhian cossack - run away slaves that formed a country and fought for freedom from any rule. They are known for exream bravery bordering recklesness, because as run away slaves getting captured would mean a much much much worse fate than death. There is a famous reply of the Zaporizhian cossacs to the Sultan Mehmed the IV demand to surender. Basically they wrote profanities making fun of the Sultan and told him to go f…. himself. The song Usyk waks out to is about cossacks going into batle and it is perfomed by a famous Ukrainian Gypsy artist. Add to this and actual ongoing war in Ukraine in which Usyk has taken part in During the defence of Kyiv when the city was surrounded by Russians. You can’t make this shit up.

I know everybody are now against Fury because he made the fight so hard to be made, but I think that people are wrong by saying Fury is afraid of Usyk. I actually think that Fury needed more time to prepare for Usyk because he knows how good Usyk is, but he is not afraid and that are two different things. Fury went all the trouble to fight unranked journyman Dereck Chisora (who he had already fought TWICE and defeated soundly TWICE) despite all the possible ranked opponents that could have fought. He don't want to fight Oleksandr Usyk. Fury is overrated. His resume is full of past-their-prime HW's and is unimpressive if you look past the face value. His best win is Deontay Wilder who is absurdly overrated himself. I say that as a Wilder fan but it's absolutely true. Tyson is straight up duckin Usyk and for good reason. Uskyk is so problematic for Tyson and would be by far the most technically skilled opponent he's faced. The fact that Usyk publicly gave in to an absolutely absurd demand of a 70/30 split speaks volumes about this fight. Usyk holds 3 of the 4 belts and so that split is downright disrespectful. He accepted it though because he is the true legacy fighter. Tyson can call himself the best HW of all time and talk about legacy until he's blue in the face, but until he fights and beats Usyk it means nothing. Fury is a big ole dosser.
