The hard work, disciplined research and years of practice, and, oh-and the love of ancient devotional music!-are truly evident now, in every note and harmonization of your music. I especially love how Harpa Dei has accomplished the difficulties of singing microtonal melodic lines, so common in Eastern Orthodox tradition, and so integral to music systems pf West and South Asia, but not at all automatic for those of us raised or educated in western, “Gregorian,” or European, traditions. Those were themselves, however, descended circuitously from early Hellenic music, and the Pythagorean school, which was most likely quite familiar with micro-, orat least quarter-tone melody. I love it all, and Harpa Dei makes the results of learning to perform it all truly wonderful. Thank you!

My daughter, after listening to you for the first time stated that she would return to the Church if they had music like this. She could not relate to the banal pretentious ‘pop’ hymns in the Novus Ordo Yours is truly sacred music which transcends the ordinary. I am starting to introduce to her the beauty of the Sacred traditions of the Church including the sacred music and Liturgy found in the Latin Mass. Beautiful music but I don't think the text is Latin. It says Corsican which is a romance language, derived from Latin. The spelling made me think it was Rumanian, another romance language. In my opinion the Novus Ordo is fine, but the music used in it needs to be improved. Harpa Dei uses different languages which to me shows what can be done in different laguages. Peace.
