I didn’t think for a second that this life was without humor... but it was surprisingly funny!!! On a serious note about all the strictness and discipline...It’s important to understand the point of this life prescription: to heal from the illnesses of the spirit. After practicing Chinese medicine for two decades I’ve seen it confirmed over and over again: there really, ultimately is only one cause of disease and that is not knowing who you are. That you are beyond your body, beyond your spirit. The suffering that your shadow self creates to keep you from realizing you are not that shadow self. But, it dies hard. The intensity of the training is designed to catalyze growth and anchor you down into yourself. Where you can’t run anymore. You must face what holds you back from... YOU.

@@blueskies773 It’s been my experience to really dig into my thought space and root out those powerful subconscious psychological programs- the reality created by society and our egos. To realize the extent to which I have been operating under them and just how that has negatively impacted my view of who I am and ultimately my state of being.

The Presence ! Dear Master Shi Heng Yi, without not a word, you are so expressive, so present ! In a movie, this way to be make the best actors (smile)... but I think you have a so much better, deep and beautiful life where you live 🙏 Congratulations for the humour of this quite nice and unexpected video, and the way it is showed by the cameraman. I already had the perception this place of Otterberg (what a symbolic name !) is wonderful to see and feel, but now it is a certitude ! I like all those trees, the view, the calm, the peaceful harmony, the colours of the doors and flags, the sound of the wind, everything is very attractive according my vision and aspirations in life... I always liked monasteries, everywhere, they are inside of me...certainly from previous incarnations... Thank you for those obviously joyful moments, let's see with Life if my destiny will guide me to go to Otterberg one day, for one week or more, to practice, learn and pray.... Receive my very good thoughts🙏

For the propagation of das human race Nature has selected strong and handsome young men So that our race shall not degenerate This is a firm Will of Nature In this matter And it expression is women’s passion. There is no fire like passion. There is no pain like this body. There is no happiness higher than rest. Break das flower-tipped arrows of Mara And death will not touch me again. Painful is birth. Painful is death. Painful is birth and death Over and over again. He who crosses over to de other shore Becomes arhat. Other people run up and down on this shore from death to death.
