Hiya I had 1 cavity on lower jaw at the back is started cocnt oil with 1 drop of oregano oil all of my top teeth are capped so I'm 66 I always had a little soreness in places with these caps so the cavity in nearly remineralised as I need to chew and food was getting in ohh the pain from that cavity I can't get to a dentist as I have a 22 year old special needs who is not social and don't trust any one to care for her I'm so happy with the results of the cavity nearly perfect be carefully as oregano burns with the carrier oil it does not it fixes cavitys really fast and strengthens the rest of you're teeth I think you'll be happy as my pain in my mouth is no more I also use a water pick with distilledcwater ionised salt bicarb and hydrogen peroxide I use the pick in my nose ears and back of throat my mouth feels great now my love is with you 😇💚

Use zeolite clinoptolite heat micronized and vit d3 k2 magnesium malate.Generic multivitamin with low iron and vit a would help too.

Vitamin K2 mk7 (not mk4) magnesium and Vit D3 will help with osteoporosis. Also a good bioavailable multi vitamins and mineral supplements with iodine in it

Thank you. I have in my left elbow "Ulnar Nerve Entrapment " another word that is used is Tennis Elbow. I did the motions you showed and when I twist my wrist I would breathe in the whole twist, and when I would go out with my arms I breathe out through my mouth as long as the motion went out. Now I feel my arms warm and my breathing calm. Thank you for sharing.

once during class we were repeating a mantra for each chakra, I started to feel the chakras rotating in my body. I have the impression that when I look at another person, I feel their active chakra. At the same time, I see colors under my closed eyelids. When I'm relaxed, I see a purple cloud coming out of my forehead. Now, however, I feel a vortex but in a vertical plane at the height of the abdomen. Also, I sometimes feel vortices around my legs. Where can I read about it? Is this phenomenon known?

I love this along with the badujin and tendon and ligament videos. I use them prior to my workouts and when i finish i go for the more intense ones such as the brocade.

I have had 6 right knee surgeries to include an osteotomy, left hip replacement. One little meniscal cut in left knee, and broken left fibula dislocated ankle. Can explain why these movements or how these movements help specifically your bone marrow. Like what is special about these movements that specifically cleanse bone marrow. Also is this bone marrow for the upper body or like in my case lower body?😊

Thank you Master. I fell and broke my wrist, hand and fingers. Do you think this will help me heal them and get them moving again? Because it was immobilized for 2 months everything became fused.
