6.59 for a plain slice of pizza?! What a complete scam. I'm honestly shocked that anyone would ever buy anything from there. Jersey has so many great pizza places. When you think about places like Domino's, the reason they can survive in Jersey despite being much lower quality is because they're cheap. $20ish average for a large plain pie from a regular Jersey place vs $7.99 for a large at Domino's. This though, you're giving more money for lower quality pizza.

I worked at a buffet as a teenager and took pride in my job. Pasta is very difficult to manage on a buffet. It definitely can not be overcooked to start. And if it stays on the buffet bar too long, it gets soggy which is a no-go. You need sharp employees who care about quality or it won't work.
