Bobby Flay is one of the most famous celebrity chefs in the USA. It's basically Bobby Flay vs Gordon Ramsay for who is the most famous chef in America. Bobby Flay Iron Chef is what made him originally famous, as he is one of the most winningest chefs ever on Iron Chef. I'm glad you ended up liking it! In my experience, I feel like celebrity chef restaurants are often over-scrutinized compared to normal restaurants. People frequently go in ready to pounce and nitpick more than usual (not saying that you did!).

I agree. I think celebrity chefs are placed on such a pedestal that people go in with very high expectations and are often disappointed. I always try to be very fair no matter where I review, no matter who owns the place

Well UA, when I saw that you were at Bobby Flays Burger, I became a little nervous that you were not going to like one of the best burgers I ever had. There is a Bobby Flay Burger Bar in Connecticut at Mohegan Sun and every time I go there, it’s a priority that I get a burger. My favorite is the Palace Classic. Just a simple burger cooked to perfection with lettuce and tomato and a big raw onion. The taste of the classic is phenomenal and sometimes, not all, I get the sweet potato fries. I’m happy that you loved the burger and the next time you go, try the sweet potato fries. It’s a great complement to the burger. Great review as always. Keep up the great work.

That looks really good. I love fast food burgers. My favorite chain right now is Smashburger. I pick them over Five Guys Shake Shack McDonald's and Burger King. Are there any in New York? Also as a bonus they secretly won the spicy chix sandwich war. Believe. It's seasonal I think but they're the best. Look out for them

When we go to AC, we usually stay at Harrah's and i've walked by Bobby's Burgers multiple times thinking it must not be good so we avoided it always and went to eat at AC Burger Co instead. I've seen your other reviews to places i've been and the reviews are very spot on and fair so thanks for this review, I will now definitely recommend to go eat at Bobby's Burgers next time instead of our usual AC Burger.

Also tried Bobby’s burger in Vegas and had similar conclusion the burger was delicious and I got onion rings instead which was very good. But yeah the shake is a no it was not thick and melting into liquid. $36 for the meal was a bit pricy but thankfully idiots (dead money) on the poker table paid for it.

burger is almost $10. His entire meal is about $20. FYI the reason for the large straws is they do a cookies and cream shake and my guess you need a large to pull the cookie bits through.

I will never understand the obsession over mundane food items like hamburgers, hot dogs, bbq ribs, pizza and the like. Some restaurant offerings of these kind of foods are no doubt better than others, but in the end, it's still just a burger, slice, chicken wing, hot dog, etc. It's not worth a pilgimage, and in many instances, like burgers, you could probably do it just as well in your own kitchen just by carefully selecting the best quality ingredients and following proper technique.

That`s a cheeseburger, but 9 bucks for a milkshake is a no-no. And the problem with straws these days is that it is often made of paper by Greta "Garbo" Thunberg & Co to allegedly save the world from plastic straws, often appearing half-chewed.
