Excellent work! Briefy had my iPad out of its case and dropped it three feet onto asphalt. It hit directly on a top corner which got deformed and crushed the screen in that corner. With your video and some careful re-forming the corner and rounding out the inside of the corner with a Dremel tool, I saved it! Thanks!!!

When you reuse the home button double sided tape, do you think its okay to add a little adhesive there as well?

iPad mini 5 glass and lcd screen is glued together. When you change, you are changing the LCD and Glass digitizer together.
