I was able to find this at walmart in store for $169 on clearance with only the soldered 4gb of ram. I popped in an 8gb stick of ram for $35 and this thing runs like a champ. Thanks for the video!

@@kazifaiz You can use both. Use the M.2 SSD just for the O.S and other programs and the 2.5 SSD to store all your files, Music/Videos/Documents/Pictures.

I just watched your video. I have this exact laptop. My laptop isn't charging and i know it's not the battery as i have barely used the laptop. It's actually been in my closet for about 10 months with only 2 months of use before that! Also just got a new charger from the manufacturer so it's not that either. Read on some sites it could be my charging port. Was wondering how can you tell if charging port is bad/damaged? Could really use help with figuring out why it's not charging. Thank you!

hi. i have a ideapad 3-15ITL05 81X8007GRE notebook, it looks like on your video and I wanna clarify two questions: 1) on all resourses which I checked, I found that it support only 12 GB RAM (4 already implemented + 8GB as removable memory), but you said in a video that we can upgrade with 16GB removable memory, are you shure? 2) as I understand there no ways to upgrade proccessor on this notebook (ex. from Intel Pentium Gold 7505 to ntel Core i3/i5)?

You can't upgrade CPU. For RAM, maybe max is 12gb

I have the same notebook and you're right. It only can be upgraded up to 12GB of RAM.

Excellent video, I didn't know the RAM or HD was expandable. When you upgrade the M.2, isn't the Win operating system in the original drive ? If you install the 512 drive, do you still have Windows ? I know, it's probably a stupid question, so bear with me :)

you will have to clone that hard drive to get your old settings or rather install windows from a memory stick. make sure you remove the windows key

Sure can. I use my 1tb 2.5 ssd to store all my files while the M.2 SSD is purely just for programs and the OS, of course.

Once you remove the back cover, there should be just one speaker connector. Disconnect that and follow the cable and remove both speakers
