So I ordered a button and flex cable from repair parts USA… not only did they send me the wrong cable but it was not attached to the button… can I purchase a button and flex cable from you for iPad sixth generation?? The cable they sent me says it’s for a fifth and a sixth generation but it is not it is not the same cable can you help me? I watched several videos but yours was more in depth

Use a hair straightener rather than a heat gun. It’s a more focused heat and heats the glass as well instead of baking the insides of the iPad. It also rapidly heats that strip of glue around the screen without as much time under heat.

I followed step by step and now it won’t turn back on the step where you brake battery connection I wasn’t sure what you where doing maybe i broke that and to plug back in the button since I did not keep the old button because it snapped so I used the one attached to the replacement screen and I can’t get it to plug in you don’t explain how to do that can u pls help

Makes me laugh he's pressing on the cracked glass and this will destroy the lcd panel and more headaches will come to your project. Crazy..
