Guys, turn off ship reactors by pressing 'Y' when not needed. Also, Middle-Mouse-Button with selected color by using '[' or ']' will paint the color. Moreover, the 'Z' for Dampers on those guest ship are sometime boby-trapped. Thats why your captured ship exploded randomly. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy.

Hey James every time you go and fly to get something don't hold down the forwardbutton because in space you will never slowdown unless your dampeners are on. So if you keep holding it down you will just go faster and faster and it will be harder to stop.

I really don't think anyone understands physics except Kootra. Inertia is the thing where once you start moving, you remain in motion, and if you're at rest, you remain at rest unless acted upon by an outside force. The inertial dampeners try to bring you to a stop. To save energy, keep inertial dampeners off, and try not to speed around like a maniac. In space, objects don't decelerate, unless inertial dampeners are on. Or they collide with something. Also, even though drills and stuff are useless, just disassemble them for ingots.

Nova, if you have a block selected and aim it to other ready built one and have a color chosen if you click the middle mouse button you automatically paint that block, an example, you can paint your house without having to re-build it. nice video and sorry for my bad english heh.

Nova, it's probably too late to mention this but... The Commercial Freighter's rigged to explode as soon as you activate the reverse thrusters. I'm not sure where exactly the warheads are on the ship, but I DO know they're under one of the blue blocks which has a ramp-like block next to it.

The reason that your ships blow up when you turn on inertia dampeners is because on some of the ships that spawn have a trap in them. The mining hauler has a trap in which a thruster is pointed at a warhead. so when it thrusts to slow down the ship the ship explodes. check the wiki to see where the trap is at on some ships.

Now you can change the color of the blocks that have been placed. Pick the light armor block in your and and then aim for the other blocks that have been placed. Pick your color ofc. and hit you middle mouse button to change the blocks that have been place :P

I'm just waiting for Nova to activate the dampeners on the ship and set off the reverse thruster trap xD For dummies: better ships have trapped trusters that blow up the ship when you activate them (with dampeners, or by going reverse)
