I don't trust anything before they show gameplay footage. Ubisoft has always been great at deception. And always mess up their games and don't meet people's expectations. Ubisoft as a whole has great ideas, they just do not know how to fully execute them. Which leads games super buggy, uninspired, empty. The worlds they create are great. Most of the ideas what they create are pretty nice. But the execution is just always super poor. Very rarely have I seen any quality from them lately. Far Cry, AC, Watch Dogs, The Prince Of Persia Remake, you name it. So I would advise people to go in with skepticism, since their cinematic footages are always great, but the game.. not so much.

@@madeye1839 There is not a Ubisoft game in the last decade, that isn't riddled with bugs. Not that it's the main issue. Bugs can be handled. It just shows the quality, and how much they give a damn. Main issue is always the mediocre gameplay, world. Every gameplay aspect they have, some other game did it way better. There is no uniqueness. It's just so uninspired. The characters don't even give a damn. Almost no one cares about the characters in an Ubisoft game. Compare any Ubisoft game with a Naughty Dog characters. They have depth, personality and they are different from one another. Makes you care about them more, and makes them seem more human. In an Ubisoft game, I don't know if i gave a damn about any characters since the past like 7 years. Ezio was cool though, but that's over a decade ago.

@@KapeeshPC Assasins Creed games just don’t work as fully RPG’s. On a narrative level, meta level or gameplay level. While I love the idea of using birds to get a better view of the world that’s about all I liked. These are supposed to be retelling the story of those who came before so it doesn’t make sense for the game to be so open ended because it’s not as focused of a narrative. The way the games work the parkour that made the series is just so finicky and awkward. They’re just not Assasins Creed games

Not just roots bro... Ubisoft is realizing why its initial slash game Prince of Persia was so beloved... The setting of really old times but enough technologies available to keep u entertained... Really bizzare weapons... Tough puzzling machines... And a chance of having a really awesome and cinematic soundtrack... Plus... Even room for some dark magic and souls of the dead twist... All a reference to the original masterpiece which laid the foundation for parkour games... Just nostalgia x1000!!!

I hope you guys right because im sick of those RPG games. I don't want to see weird character/weapon customizing and looting mechanics or skill trees, i just want old Assassin's Creed back. Like there is a mission that you have to accomplish, there is a target always you have to kill. A little bit of plot twists mixed with a mid-level story telling and most important well-writen today's world scenes. Not just some bunch of weird rpg mechanic stuff. Just pure Assassin's Creed mechanics. You don't spend time with those bunch of weird customizations, skins, weapons, you are focused to the story.

And if you think about it, the actual content in the last 3 AC games was also 20 hours, the rest is going to copy pasted outposts and fetch quests just to level up enough to where you don’t need to hit a shirtless bandit 50 times to kill him just because he has a bigger number above his head than you…

It was the story full of easter eggs and hints to the former games that shaped the franchise into what it became today. It was a gameplay and a world appealing to the story it wants to tell. It was meaningful and warmed every fans heart, reminding us all of that what we fell in love with so many years ago. Rockstar exactly knows what their fans need that's why they keep everything so realistic. RDR2 doesn't have any magical instrument. The focus on the story and quality not quantity.
