Ever since we released our first colour dash, the iC-7, a few years ago, you have been asking us to make another one. “We just want a nice big, clear screen without the buttons, shift lights, or other distractions,” you said. Well, we heard you loud and clear, so today we’re very happy to reveal the latest in our digital dash line-up, the big, loud and clear uC-10. Scott explains the new features and what's in the box of the new Haltech uC-10.

I really want to see what features are added into NSP, and how customisable it will be. The ic7 with ICC was pretty terrible and basic, you could only change colours and image files. If the new update can do much more than that in terms of customisation I will buy a UC10

Awesome looking piece of kit but two questions spring immediately to mind: 1 - Are custom graphics possible (ie; replicating OE designs) or will the become possible? 2 - Could those ambient light sensors theoretically be used to enable auto head/tail lights on older cars that don't come with them factory fitted?

Looks great! However, what is Haltech going to do for their North American distributors? Turn14 never has stock and Haltech US seems to have no interest in setting up wholesale accounts for legitimate shops that already run Haltech gear if located even remotely close to a competitor. Not to mention that the Honda guys can't easily get PnP adapter harnesses for the Elite's either. This has been our experience and I'm curious if it is just us.

I wish there was a direct replacement ecu for my 2005 Ford Escape, but they really only support Barras and Falcons. Maybe after replacing it, my alarm would finally work corectly.

Looks like a great product. I am interested in adding it to a BMW X6 F16 n57 engine ( to also add an oil pressure sensor and read and log the oil pressure and temperature ) It is compatible with the ODB port on the BMW ECUs ? so I can read all the engine parameters and also read from one of the analog inputs the oil pressure ?

It is pretty simple. You can download our NSP software for free and have a play around if you want to.

This is wishful thinking. But it can’t be plugged into obd and display normal dash stuff like CEL’s, fuel level, indicators etc or even your odometer reading can it ? I’d love to retrofit one into my 4wd but it has stuff like hi/ lo range indicator and stuff like that

The default map will be close enough that most things should still work. The exception is fuel level which has moved from avi4 on the iC-7 to avi1 on the uC-10.

I have a question in relation to the uC10, I have a 2010 Nissan Patrol 3ltr CRD. Is it worth getting the Haltech set up and if so, what could I expect to gain

The haltech won't be able to run a CRD. But you could use a pdm or nexus to run all of the body controls. Aswell as a ic7 or uc10

I put an Elite 750 in my gen 1 Pajero and it picked up 30-40hp over stock. Replaced the cluster with an iC7 and just preordered the UC10. I really like the setup the whole thing runs well and is very reliable. So for those balking at the price, it’s worth it just to have something that works with zero tinkering.
