I like this new endeavor of yours 🥇. Thanks for sharing. I personally have all the requirements instructionals, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black and I couldn't be more thankful for them and your help. Is my roadmap. #oss 🔥🥇

21:22 Kyle Grathwol is 62 and wrestled for a 2nd place state title in Ohio when I was 2 years old. The old man is a stud and one hell of a businessman and work ethic that's second to none. Proud to say he's one of my blue belts at Iron & Soul. I use the rolling bow and arrow choke you showed at Origin Camp on him all the time lol.

As a white belt getting close to his blue belt, that is the greatest advice I’ve learned from you. If the submission is not there just let it go. So thank you a ton for such impactful advice! Great video!

I don't like this type of content... I Love it! one of the best BJJ content in KZbin! Thank you Professor for sharing your wisdom and knowledge.

A real master like Roy allows people to finish their submissions on him with a complete lack of humility. Awesome content.

Hello there, Mr. Dean. I've been doing BJJ for 8 months now, and I was instantly introduced to you by the community since you're such a high figure here. Read your book - and it's amazing! (I hope Julie is ok till this day 😁) That being said, what are your thoughts on no-gi grappling? I always see you in the black gi, and it made me wonder if you ever dabbled in that world and your thoughts on it. Thank you in advance for the answer and cheers from Macedonia!

Hey Robyn! For this video, I used my Sony A7siii. Super sharp. My other favorite jiu jitsu camera is the Sony Z90 Camcorder. Great for handheld shots and following the action.
