UCLEAR Motion 6 Headset Unboxing and Installation

Hey there! Thanks for buying a UCLEAR and for making a video. The 1 thing we have concern with for you is your mic mounting location- UCLEAR uses exclusive dual mics that are specifically tuned to work as an array, and to be placed 4-5 inches apart UNDER THE LINER. You placed the mics very close together and exposed to wind. Note there is no foam covers on them to block wind, because they should be covered with liner fabric. If you are experiencing low voice quality when on calls, it's the mic location. On that helmet we recommend placing the mics in the brim, out by the temples, facing down towards the mouth. You can see an example of this in our installation video on our YT page. That clip for a temporary mount for the nuclear clip between shell of helmet and inside pads take off silver clip handles after install on helmet then clip on uclear

I been using unclear communication system for years. The best location for the mics is the helmet overhead.

Thanks for watching. If you do a lot of high speed travel versus in town riding on a daily. I would not recommend due to wind noise. Otherwise awesome helmet!
