What is most impressive to me is how ferocious of a defender that Bueckers already is as a freshman. Her next best skill is her passing. Her third best skill is scoring and she's already an above average scorer as well. She's a generational talent if she continues to develop at this rate! And the Mamba mentality really showed when she toughed out playing on that sprained ankle toward the end

so when paige has an off game she is over rated . over hyped , and doing to much but when any other player has an off game its " i feel bad for her " or " i hope she gets better her team needs her " . did y'all forget williams was the number one recruit in her class but has had off games. but because paige is paige she cant have an off game or she is over hyped . this girl was the number one recruit in 2020 we are in 2021 . why are we still bringing this up . its obvious she doesn't care about the hype and i don't care either but that doesn't give you the right to talk abut her because she got 9 points in one game when its been games where the juniors don't make any points

THIS IS SO SPOT ON. When Paige didn't scored as much (because she barely take many shots anyway) or her %fg on said games are low, people calling her overrated and doesnt deserve the hype. When she scores a lot, have good games, where are those haters go? nowhere. It looks as if Paige isnt allowed to have a bad game ever.

I was at this game, fun game and fun atmosphere. But watching both of these teams I don’t see either as being contenders for the title, Tennessee still has to many lapses where they just don’t run any offense and UConn jacks way to many 3’s and poor free throw shooting will come back to bite them someday

Credit to Williams, Evina, and Ododa, they balled, paige didnt score a lot but she contributed with assists, steals, and rebounds, I cant lie, if she didnt come back in this game tho they wouldve lost and we wouldnt be saying that those girls carried this team especially with a loss... Tennessee came back when Paige was out but when she came back in she won this game! The ball need to be in her hands in the end of every close games 💯 Great game to all of them tho

Awesome game. Tennessee has really come along in these past weeks (even with the loss to Georgia who is a good team in their own right). UCONN has been rolling through opponents and I was pissed when the Baylor game was canceled because it would've been a great measuring stick for Connecticut. You can see Tennessee's size, athleticism, and defense really bothered Connecticut and they worked for every piece of that win. And I know the world looovvveeesss to fawn over Bueckers but meh. I've seen every UCONN game this season. Don't get me wrong, she's good and is going to be good but she is overhyped and playing against Tennessee really exposed her weaknesses. Clutch shot for her though and a great game for a great renewed rivalry.

They was talking bout when she came out for like 2 minutes they couldnt score or nun, and Paige had like 7 assists so even without her scoring, she still contributed, she ain't gotta score 18 to 20 points every game , she human my nigga 🤣🤦‍♂️ they went from leading by 8 to leading by 2, they needed the ball in her hands at the end regardless
