you know i always remember ray having his killer 3 pt shot since the beginning so when people say that he developed into a shooter it just bothers me because he always had that 3 pt shot. the thing about ray is that he was very athletic he was just beneath that elite level of athleticism though... i think michael finley is a good example of that, where finley... or even jr rider were players who did have that elite level of athleticism but just not the other things on that elite level. ray allen is a legend and hall of famer for a reason and a one of a kind player. he isn't a number 1 option but he is better then a number 2 option.. he is just a unique player. he is more like a co pilot.

Ray Allen was a bit more athletic than Reggie Miller, but Miller had the spread legs. I don't know who was better?

@Groovy J He was a little bit more athletic than Reggie. It's not like Reggie couldn't dunk, and neither one was a big time dunker. More efficient? That one I thought may go to Reggie?
@arsonhakobyan3 жыл бұрын
@Groovy J Ray Allen was a little bit better defender than Reggie. Reggie was quiet efficient, thought I didn't feel that Allen was lacking in that department. It's a little misleading going by just stats (including championships), not saying you are, but I always felt that Miller was more impactful than his stats showed. Reggie staying w/ the Indiana Pacers his whole career, would've been like Ray Allen staying w/ the Milwaukee Bucks his whole career to one day hope to be able to win a championship.
