Kyrie is just the type of player you'd have to build a team around to be successful. as much as he wants the ball and wants to shoot, you can't really pair him with another star. the partnership with KD was actually perfect on paper since KD doesn't need the ball. but no team is stupid enough to build a team around Kyrie and if you already have a good team, bringing in Kyrie is probably going to do more harm than good. i agree that it's probably only the Lakers and Heat that would be interested. maybe Clippers and maybe a smaller team that just want to fill seats.

Duke is still the best franchise of the modern era vs any other team in the field on NCAA basketball. But UCONN, Michigan State , UCLA, UNC, Kansas, Arizona, I guess I'd put kentucky I'm not really sold since the meat of their winning came from the rupp era not the modern era, If we're going by 90 onward+, There's also other teams you can throw in here who are honorable mentions, Gonzaga, Butler, Ohio State, I might honestly give a brief nod to Tennessee & Cinci as well all things considered. But those are the honorable mentions. Duke is still the best since 90 onward against the field without fail or question and its not even close. And most of that is due to coach K. UCONN MSU UCLA Kansas & Arizona are the hot on their heels, I'd say UNC but they've had super rollercoaster driven years over and over since their last title.
