the ambience of this place is so soothing, just hearing the casual conversations of the customers and looking at the repetitive actions they do is satisfying. I can almost smell the food just by the atmosphere of that restaurant. I hope they keep being healthy and make more people happy with their food.

@@goodputin4324 you’d be surprised at the amount of people who come into restaurants seemingly looking for problems. Whether it be the wait for food or for a seat, the small and sometimes meaningless things could make a customer angry
I love watching these kinds of videos. Reminds me of when I was a little child watching my parents cook in the kitchen and being fascinated.

Same here watching my mum preparing and cooking the Sunday roast. I’m 71 and miss those times the whole family sat down at the table to enjoy Mum’s cooking. Best time to bring up anything that’s been worrying you! Sorry going off subject but I’m old and allowed to!!
Somehow there's something soothing on watching these old folks doing their daily routine living a ordinary life.

The food most definitely tastes better when the owners are the cooks. The care and soul they put into the whole process can be tasted more so than the ingredients. Bless these two and I hope they have many mote years on this planet. Hopefully they take some time out of the kitchen to enjoy life. Thanks for the video!

@@TsarOfRuss as per as I have seen in real life and on the internet Americans unlike Asian people eat food that comes as a whole say sandwiches or burgers or say wraps or burritos and meal boxes. some biscuits some mashed potato some fried chicken and gravy and salad. go by car order at the call center and pick up from the window. they eat it in the car or at some park and throw the wrappers done. whereas Asians sit together and eat while chatting and having fun. go to any Asian country except Russia (I am saying this because I have no idea about Russia). all other countries have these small restaurants.

@@jamesbond1231 LOLOLOL its fried rice....the most basic peasant food that is made 1000 different ways. Quality fried rice coats every single grain with yolk and not fired separately.

@@devlynp also just cause it’s quality doesn’t mean it’s better I’d take a mastered recipe over quality ingredients and cooking process due to it being more expensive.. fried rice is meant to be simple it’s not that deep.

Health Department Agencies in America would arrest you, shut your business down, jail you, and give you the death penalty. Its gotten that loony in big cities America now as of 2021 if they saw you ever sampling your own food even if it is in a separate container like that. And then they break your windows.

In Malaysia, we have a term to explain why this cooking style taste as good as it looks. We call it the cook’s “air tangan” (direct translation is water from hand) We say it because we taste the cook’s years of experience through his hands as he cooks.

The balls lined up in the kitchen looked like a cockpit. It is also a highlight that the breath of the owner who cooks by making full use of them and the wife of the co-pilot who supports it is exquisite. Also, it was well understood that it took a lot of time and effort to prepare. I hope that such restaurants that offer delicious food at reasonable prices will prosper for a long time. It was a really beautiful video.
