This kitchen is so efficient, you can see it in the speed of the service. And the chef looks like he really loves what he's doing. I like how friendly and chatty he is compared to the usual chefs/cooks in these videos who are usually more reserved.

「二両半」。実は、まだ東京都江東区で暮らしていて大阪市生野区の実家へ帰省する度に、必ず１度は来ていました。 2019年晩夏に、実家の事情で今の大阪市西成区へ転居してからも。ほとんど日中にて、「ラーメン定食」（ラーメン＋キムチ小＋小ライス）で「（チャーシュー）赤身（脂と返しの濃さ）あっさり」です。たまに、焼き飯が恋しくなって（笑）。

Looks so good! I will try if I visit there. One question, where can I buy the Gyoza making machine please? Other suggestion, the cooked rice put in the plastic container will get some smell, better using stainless steel container to mix the rice and premixed veggies like carrots and onion. Thanks!

Interesting to see many Japanese places serve kimchi, which is Korean in origin. I've found many Japanese dishes are not too spicy - which suits my taste. I've also seen the Japanese version of kimchi which is quite different, although the one in the video looks closer to the Korean version. Anyways, great video - much love from Canada!

いつも布施店を利用してます。ラーメンはびっくりする程、美味しいとは思わないけど、焼き飯と濃い目の味付けのチャーシューは絶品だと思う。無性に食べたくなる時がある。

鶴橋にアキラ系あるんか。ちょっと腕の立つ飲食店がラーメン屋は料理ができないと腐してたりするのをネットで見かけたりするけど、仕込みの面倒くささと手間を考えると頭下がるわ。国産の豚肉やからコストもかかってるね。

@@Fu-2-3 本店はないですねーまあ、第一旭自体本家だのなんなのと、めちゃくちゃ系統が多いのですけどw 本店自体は歴史は浅い方ですが、一番好きなのでよく通っていました確かに本店にも焼き飯あるみたいな書き方でしたね失礼しました

京都でゆう、萬福、大栄、第一旭、天、大輝、ゆう。だらだら煮込みすぎたらせっかくのええ風味がとんで大量の油が乳化してもーてベトベトのスープになってまう。さらっと豚骨の旨味と豚肉の旨味を寝かした角の取れた豚の旨味を含んだ醤油ダレで頂く……贅沢や👍️ 特に萬福、大輝、ゆうはめちゃええ豚つこてるから京都よったら是非食べて！

昔よく京都髙橋第一旭行ったけど今はいつ行っても列んでいるから行ってない、市内にたくさん第一旭有るけど本店の味じゃない別物のよう。こちらのお店は第一旭ぽいですね。私のお気に入りはラーメン藤・新福菜館こちらは本店支店でもそんなに味は変わらない。
