I hope the waithelp would get tips!! I’m mean for all the servers in Japan!! They work so hard!!! And the food preparers too!! Not sure what service charge is for, but hope it’s to pay waitstaff!! The food looks amazing!!!

We don't get tips. And we are very satisfiied with it cuz our payment includes all our works. Very stable Income. And extra for Specific holidays from our owners. One more, probably the elderly waithelpis in the video must to be the family members of the owner. Practically one of the owners. You should pay attention to Increasing your basic payment not the tips.
