Hi Suvu, Pardon my absence for quite a long time. Though I watched the whole video, honestly I didn't listen carefully to the preparation directions. Mind being a monkey, jumped through memories of so many incidents and experiences. How I relished the delicious meal served at Udupi is one of them. Never liked Rasam in my childhood, and have many times asked my mom, what is special about this watery curry and why she prepares it very often. My father loved it and I have curiously watched him add some sugar to it. Like many other things, later in life it became one of my favourites. I believe I invented an interesting combination to have Rasam. I relish steamy Rasam poured over Upma. Blah blah blah...need a full stop. Shall soon visit your stream again to watch the other videos too. Please don't bother to waste your time to reciprocate.
