You should do a demo with 7 days of trial or limit of retarges like 10 retarget to see if it is what we are looking for, because it is a bit scary that it does not work. It's not that your product is bad, it's just a matter of resources :)

I understand, thank you for giving me feedback, the problem is since we are posting the source code for code plugins there is no way to limit its functions, there are plenty of questions on the product page that you can take a look, also you can ask yours, eventhough you can always ask epic for a refund if it does not do what it says.

Question. Does this plugin allow for exact IK bone retargeting on characters that have different proportions than the Mannequin? For example, using the regular UE retarget system, when retargeting an animation to a synty character, the IK bones never match because the Synty Characters are shorter but with longer arms

Hi Saeid, what if in the target skeleton there is multiple extra bones ( e.g. metahuman skeleton has all these "hip twist, calf twist"), how to retarget from a simpler skeleton animation?

@@HyperGalaxyEntertainment actually it is the same, because the tool will create the rig config and bone mapping from your skeleton, it is not humanoid, and it became your skeleton structure , you just need to assign the corresponding bone between two skeleton

i wonder if unreal have some way to transform bone to target .... kind of in maya would constraint parent one joint to other joint and get exact location ..... transform bone in unreal i choose 1 bone and can move it to offset , but what if want move many bones and to move them faster giving a second skeleton with same names just go find the exact location of other joint with same name , i thought would work this kind of retarget system but cannot find.....

you can do this using animblueprint, but if you want to have it as an anim asset, you can retarget one bone to multiple ones so you gonna get same position for all those bones

@@SaeidGholizade thx but using your own video example , im not sure if the thing is retarget , imagine you want move the joints of one skeleton to other , but not for animation , just as new starting pose , move the joints of the human skeleton to a new robot structure skeleton and all sharing same joints names so would be easy joint name go to same joint name location of other skeleton, in maya i know do that with some simple script ,loop with parent constraints , but in unreal in a blueprint im confused even about how could do a script to do it , and im not sure if could do this with this tool you show in this video

Before I put a review up on Epic could you help with an error? UE5 version 5.01. I can create a rig fine but it states i have to close it and reopen. After reopening it the engine crashes. Friend, the plugin has not helped me (at least with the retarget that I need to make of a Daz character) also that it crashes constantly in eu 4.26. Is there a way to get a refund? I can't find that option ..

One should avoid this bad boy - sent back to epic for a refund. Any attempt to retarget using this in 4.26 crashes the engine every time and no where on your advertising/marketplace store front does it state this is a BETA plugin. If that were know I would never have spent the money in the first place.

@@SaeidGholizade Not my job to make you happy. I have no error logs anymore and I have now removed the plugin, pending a refund. You need to update your market page to inform people that this is a BETA product. I tried 23 times, Epic to Epic, A to T, T to A, Mixamo to Epic etc as soon as you hit the Ghost Pose button UE4.26.2 crashes to desktop. 23 attempts, 23 crashes.

@@theartisan7603 I could connect to your pc to solve your issue, it would be some sort of misunderstanding or lack of clarity in UX, like you have to select source or target, or you need to reset your previous rig config. btw if you are still want to use the animation retargeting toolkit you send an email to support email to continue this conversation there.

@@SaeidGholizade There is no chance in hell I am granting you access to my PC - even to suggest such a thing is madness. The product does not function as advertised and you knowingly sold BETA software without informing the person that purchased it until after the sale. All I want is a refund which I am positive Epic will provide as under United Kingdom distance selling laws you MUST inform customers of the status of a piece of software - the fact this is in beta is not mentioned and therefore has been sold under false pretences. That coupled with the fact it simply does not function is by the by for now. I would not have purchased this even if it did work as a Beta product.
