In UE4 4.25+ and later the Landscape Mode has been changed where it appears within the editor. Although it still works exactly the same way. You can also go into Edit -> editor preferences. In the search bar type legacy and tick 'Enable legacy editor mode UI'

My game has a problem. I have been trying to fix it. After playing the background music it restarts the level. the music has been converted into a cue and the cue is looped. I don't know what can be causing this.

These were in UE4 version 4.24 and earlier. Modes Panel is now in the main toolbar above the perspective viewport in the drop down menu.

Anyone wanting to make an open world game like this should look into creating a "persistent level", which is the master level that will probably contain a landscape of the default size, like in this video. After this is done, you can create more landscape levels that are connected to it. You can edit these multiple landscapes together as one giant landscape. While playing, "Level streaming" options allow these landscapes to pop into and out of existence as the player traverses the world. It has been a while since I've done this, but I remember that the setup wasn't too difficult.
