- Cormier got an immediate titleshot after losing to Jones - Cormier´s trying to discredit Gustafssons accomplishment in the Jon Jones fight, but at the same time he thinks Jones is the best of all time - Cormier says Alexander doesn´t deal with losses well, didn´t Cormier cry at the press conference after the Jones fight? I like DC, but in this interview he is ignorant and arrogant. He considers Alexander overrated, yet Alexander achieved something that DC hasn't, namely bring Jon Jones to the brink of defeat. In fact, the whole reason why so many people have huge respect for "that loss" is because many fans judged Alexander the actual winner of that fight.

I just really think gus is going to surprise DC. You're only as good as your last fight and that seems to be the case for gus with all the criticism he's getting but if this fight happened 2 years ago people would be singing a different tune.
