Was thinking the same. However, after some research, I noticed Alex throws hi calk kick with his right leg. So an opponent with an orthodox stance will get chopped down (Jiri, Yan). When Issy fought him the first time, he learned the hard way every time he was in orthodox, the calf kick comes. On the second fight, I noticed everytime Issy shifted to Southpaw, Alex stops the calf kicks and throws switch lead low leg kicks which aren't as dangerous as the calf kicks. That's when Issy was doing the best striking, when he switched to southpaw. Jamahal Hill fights as a Southpaw! And can switch stances. So Hill may have the style to give Alex problems.
