I think you'd be angry if your vehicle crashed and you'd be on guard and defensive when coming into contact with a creature (human) you dont usually have contact with.

We also need to realize, if this was an alien, we can not use our breadth of emotes and how we communicate to each other as a basis for a species from an entirely other world. Growling could be the being crying in pain, breathing heavily could be it saying hello. It is impossible to know. If or when we ever do have contact (or already have), we need to keep this in mind. Not to say you run up and give a snarling 10' being a hug, lol, but we also shouldn't just open fire and assume that it means hostility. Even within human societies and cultures we have words, phrases, hand gestures, face emotes, etc that mean something hostile in one culture and mean kindness, friendship, or something innocuous in another. There is a tribe where they snarl and yell at a person when they are welcoming them to their village. That's just one example and that is human to human.

A monkey for example that looks like it’s smiling, may actually be snarling and warning you to keep your distance. I don’t know what this kid saw, but he saw something enough to freak him out. With some creature not of this planet there is no way of knowing what any sound or action actually means, it is literally…alien. Homeland security seemed to think it was credible too. I suspect we only know a tiny distorted fraction of what really happened.

Back in the '80s, I came home early from school one day. I was outside, on the roof, picking mangos from the tree. In the distance, above the commercial district of Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, I noticed a disc-shaped metallic object hovering over some buildings. It wasn't any type of helicopter, so I kept watching it. He was caught in lies. They went silent after because they knew they had been mistaken and had too much attention on them. The light was a meteor and there is proof of it. To much pride to admit it was a mistake so they began making up lies. He said there was a circle where the light landed and this was a blatant lie. He could be telling the truth because he hallucinated it and does not realize it was a hallucination or he could be attention seeking. People who seek attention can be very emotionally complex and thus can do something to seek attention then very actively deny they are seeking attention, so this could be the case. People also have hallucinations they can not tell apart from reality.

@@ronaknanda6175 besides the fact I know people hallucinate and I have deep knowledge about how the human mind works, when I was a young child I had extensive experience with hallucinations I could not distinguish from reality. I had, and still have, the ability to imagine things in such sensory detail that it can rival so closely my sensory perception of what my bodies senses perceive. What that led to was that starting around the second grade when some babysitter was filling my head with the idea that because my parents were atheists I was going to be punished by God and burn in Hell, I began having nightmares from which when I woke they would continue with sight, sound, smell, touch including intense pain, taste, all of which was merged with what my waking senses perceived and both the imaginary and real were equal in quality. To break me out of such a nightmare required taking me to an emergency room and giving me a sedative so that I would stop screaming and thrashing in pain and terror. It took me some years to learn two vitally important things because of my unfortunate too good of imagination. (1) To control my dreams. Once learned I have never had a nightmare since. (2) To be able to distinguish between a vivid hallucination versus what is really being presented to represent the reality our senses perceive within the virtual reality created for us by subconscious parts of our swarm mind. Particularly because I can, at times when I get good enough mental focus, consciously create hallucinations that appear real, learning how to tell the difference was required to keep from going insane. Most people do not normally have that good of a imagination for creating such full sensory hallucinations, except when they use some drugs or on rare occasions where they don't realize what they saw was a hallucination.

Reminds me of when I was younger. I was around 8 or 9 years old.. I would wake up early and the piano would be playing music even though nobody was awake and it scared tf out of me. One day I woke up and this black almost silhouette type figure was standing over me.. like watching me. I froze and panicked, super terrified. It felt like I was paralyzed for the first time ever. In fact still to this day I have NEVER been that scared in my entire life. It was a fear like no other, I don't think even if someone held a gun to my head it would be the same. I just closed my eyes and waited for like 5 minutes, opened them back up and it was gone. If this kid went through the same thing I feel for him. I couldn't sleep at night and refused to sleep facing the same direction.

I have a similar experience. Was 10. Heard something break branches at the edge of the lawn. I looked over the deck railing (deck floor 5ft from ground). Saw nothing towards the noise but looked down against the deck and there it was. A dark creature standing there. The figure had a floating motion. I asked it if it was my step-dad (by name).
