Uganda President did the right thing to keep on going away from AGOA trade deals. America will be hurting soon about next year Springtime due the US Dollar value will plunges and if Africa stay the course on Gold, Silver and other precious metals. You will America will be crying for trades in Agricultural, Manufacturing. America is isolated by Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia and Middle East / West Asia. Just wait for next year.😮😮😮😮
