There is a similar move when they hook my legs I literally shake it off while push instead of the frame. Very similar but I didn't know was also possible with the frame thanks Chew. OSS'

should be called the fake seizure escape lol
@Chewjitsu7 жыл бұрын
Exactly. Your opponent stops to check and make sure you're ok. Then you escape. ;)
@Seegie167 жыл бұрын
Im afraid id gas from doing that.

Are you required to make the noises while doing the technique to get it to work? ;)

Yes, it's the linchpin of the whole damn technique!

getting the top knee in for butterfly is harder than going for the single leg x right?
@Chewjitsu7 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. Just depends on how the opponent adjusts.

K UFC break the grips
@xclavo37 жыл бұрын
K UFC what one of my instructors taught me that deff helps is: extend and take out all the slack from the grip !FIRST!, then break grip opposite of 4 fingers, it really works
@xclavo37 жыл бұрын
K UFC just take the slack out, but not tensing your arms because that's a waste of energy

Go to your best local Hapkido school and ask the Master. They will show you some sick stuff that will make them never want to grip you again. That’s like all the entire art of Hapkido seem to do; breakaway from grips.

so this might be long but I need some help... I'm 14yr old, yellow belt, 50kg, 5ft 6in and quite lean with a bit of muscle. My problem is that I'm having back problems which are starting to spoil bjj for me and I obviously don't want that to happen. Previously I had lower back problems and was constantly injuring it so I started weight training (previously just doing bodyweight exercises). For the most part this fixed my lower back but now I'm having problems like IN my upper back and I find it hard to explain but after getting up after doing bench presses or training for over 2 hours and I get off my back I have a short pain like in my back so it feels very stiff for a few seconds. Any help?

GoWithTheFlow how does a 14 yr old go about doing that?
@ParkourUnited1007 жыл бұрын
get your parents to take you to a doctor
@jeffrobertsbjj7 жыл бұрын
Orange Inc are you benching often? Are you doing upper body pulling exercises (like rows or something similar) to balance out the muscles? If you are benching a lot, your pectoralis minor may be tight, which causes your shoulders to round forward, and leads to upper back pain. Stretching the pec and strengthening you middle and lower trapezius can help if this is the case. However, I would suggest seeing a Dr to make sure there is no injury first.

hackedit4u I've used butterfly sweeps into submissions for guys 50+ kilos on me
@hackedit4u7 жыл бұрын
Right, but was this technique used to get into butterfly?
@Chewjitsu7 жыл бұрын
Yes. You're using mostly hips to lift. Our hips are super strong and can lift a considerably heavier person up.
