You guys make the best SWU content on KZbin. Lots of other channels overhype things and I love that you guys don’t. It makes me feel like if you say something is good there is something there. Have you considered getting KZbin memberships or Patreon or something?

we play a multiplayer format at my store that i called "Twin JarJar" Its Twin suns, but there is an Extra token you can claim called the "Me'sa" token. Whoever claims the token gets an exhausted JarJar Unit that has the additional text of "This unit must attack each phase, and cannot be defeated by damage or by card effects or abilities" meaning its immortal and goaded essentially. it means from turn 2 onwards there is a jarjar running about the battlefield causing shinanigans which is hilarious, it also means there is always 4 tokens for everyone to claim meaning someone doesnt get left out every turn =)

As someone else mentioned a more defensive anakin would be better. Luke is a natural bad enemy for it getting shields and overpowered lukes lightsaber on luke is just a free kill. Not much to be able to do in that match but for sabine if you lose the die roll then being able to have a defensive build that can still trade up a bit and play the long game could do better

That Anakin Sabine game is completely different if Anakin has the initiative. He can Jedi lightsaber kuil and kill Sabine unit for free. Then he can crush FFF and restore the damage Sabine did. Oh and the perilous position can just be saved for Sabine Leader or one of the Space units. Would really like to see some bo3 content because it's really pointless to watch a single game of Sabine crush something, ala Gauntlet. Over and over and over. We all know what Sabine does at this point. She's not dominant in competitive play BECAUSE of sideboards. Best of 1 it would be Sabine mirrors all day.

I totally agree with this sentiment... I know they are still figuring out the meta but imo bo3 matches with sideboards would make for better content

The issue with bo3 testing is people dont take time into account and in actual tournaments can run tio much time. Ive heard people hate bo1 metas when they lose but they sometimes play game 1 so slow that even if they win g2 they cant win the set or they may not even be able to win g2 in time. My locals we do bo1 pre side it helps see the g2 and 3 style gameplay jn less time. Not perfect but nice

@@majintv24 wow yeah coming with a sideboard to a b01 and pre sideboarding once you know the match up sounds very interesting... Though it would create situations more similar to a game 2 or 3, it's not as effective in locking in your main deck that's generically the best regardless of the matchup. However I think you're right in that the pre sideboard might be the best way to do bo1 games for content or just practicing matchups in general.

When i saw the list for Anakin Blue from sgc i was baffled. That combination is cracked imho. But that list butchered anakins potential like Obi Wan on the high ground. Its good to see the flaws like daring raid and jedi light saber instead of inteceptors and open fire. Bravado is cute and must feel good when you get it off, but there is no consistent plan to get there. To be fair, the list runs 12 2 resource plays and Justin ended up with a clunky hand in the sabine matchup, as the deck also still plays 12 restore cards in that version. Game looks different if sabine took out kuiil and yoda got deployed and next turn you can force thow yourself discard kanan kill the fighters and having an open fire in a different version of the deck. I highly recommend to go more of an defensive approach and not to try to be an "aggro" red blue deck. I am also really missing regional governor. That card is, and yes i say it, *broken* in this deck concept. you ban the best card until res 5 without the down side that you don't the ground arena, because you do thanks to anakin leader ability. Run Aethersprite main deck. Go 2 interceptors and two defenders, cut stuff like slow saber, run more removal. Position is fine, but let it be in the side board when you need it to hunt oposing defenders and phantoms. Don't dismiss dragon and tech and this list will be answered by control without the hard locks and pressure of red/blue hero lategame we know from han blue or rey red. Loving the content as usually. Keep it up guys. You're cracked too!

I think a lot of people have different styles for anakin im mkre defensive if blue but definately losing the die roll to a red heroic deck feels so bad. They always play sabine t1 and eveb if you have say a crafty smuggler it doesnt matter. Set 1 sabine unit is quietly one if the most annoying cards in the format that no one mentions
