well the coding field is going to be a graveyard in the next 5 years... unless you are a really good programmer you will loose your job period.

See.. design is not a restrictive field.. you can have your own style and still get clients for that niche, but programming is pure math, that will be way easier to automate, Though yes some designers who only "follow" designs will be let go as well, but in general if anything AI will make any decent designer into a better one, it's already happening..
