#6 is literally a driver complaining about cyclists observing the Highway Code. The cyclist did nothing but cycle in accordance to the advice given in the code. One almost certainly slipped on some oil, which probably gives the impression of speed that isn’t there. No cars were impeded or near them at any point, A massive non issue, IMO. I think you should read the Highway Code as written, it’s probably not wise to embellish it with assumptions on how you think it could be interpreted.

@Glazepta Not if it's a directional lane that's why in rule 78 it requires you to follow rules 184 to 190 as there are no cycle facilities for the junction and they failed to follow a road instruction, only roundabouts with no directional lanes can they use the left lane and they went straight ahead anyway so centre of right hand lane should have been their correct choice to follow the HC.

The reason why you should never disregard road instruction markings is other vehicles at this roundabout would be expecting those cyclist to turn off and aslo some left lane turn only markings lane aslo end and sometimes abruptly as well as it being an offence. 2.24 The lorry driver obviously turned down the wrong slip and had no choice but to try to get on to the dual carriageway and they were in the wrong but even other lorry drivers just didn't stop to let them sort it out.
