I practise law in the United Kingdom and I have seen a sharp rise in such cases as this. We recently secured an acquittal for a Nigerian man who had been charged for rape. The evidence was stacked against him and he was facing 10 years imprisonment. His fate hung in the balance but he was extremely fortunate that we were able to convince the jury to return a not guilty verdict. Did you just unintentionally omit to state the race of the Girl? I've heard about four cases (just like you), and in all those cases there are THREE similarities (1) The race of the woman and (2) Exactly who initiates the reporting of the alleged rape, and (3) It happens to men who are fairly VERY new to white-races (UK/USA/AUS: Lessons to learn...hmmmm.....Let me leave it there; the facts speak for themself.

(2) The supposedly drunk married man chose to pursue a girl whom, according to his friends was clearly under the influence of something. Despite pleas from his friends, he chose to go home with the girl. He subsequently claimed that he was so drunk, that the only thing he remembers is falling asleep. Very selective memory. How, under normal circumstances, does one remember falling asleep? Let alone if one is blind drunk. In any event, he knew exactly what he was doing when he got in the taxi with the girl. And it wasn't to to go to her place for a game of Monopoly.

In as much as I don’t support him going home with the girl, I think he equally has a strong case. The girl should have been examined for his semen in her. If the the test comes out negative, then the girl’s case is null and void.
