Keep watching the Garrett tutorials and evetually you'll work it out. It looks daunting I know, I just bought one and it's a whole new learning curve. They explain all that in the 1 to 7 videos on the basics for learning about the Pro on the Garrett channel. Good luck and happy hunting GFdigger.

Great tutorial on using the AT Pro at the beach. Just took delivery of mine and are really looking forward to actually taking it in the water with the water proof headphones. I plan to work about waist deep at low tide and are very optimistic about what I'll find. They reckon the real treasure's in the water lost by swimmers and the AT Pro has had such a good rap that I have to give this a go. Cheers GF down under.

I live in New Zealand and was tossing between the AT pro and the fisher f75.Having so many beaches and rivers to explore here I'm going with the AT pro as it's the one that is fully waterproof. I am currently using the fisher f4 but have to be very careful not to get the electronics box wet.

Very informative. I know Bournemouth very well. Did a bit of driving for Shearings. Anyway, I just bought an AT Pro. Upgraded from Ace 250. Uploaded video of my first use. I love it so far

John reports that he used an adapted Black Ada stainless steel Sand Scoop. He bought the scoop from Regton in Birmingham for about £30.00 and had it extended by a local engineering company.

The International version of the AT Pro is very similar to the U.S. version. The differences are: revised Target ID Legend; revised discrimination pattern in Coins Mode for international coin targets; target depth indicated in 5-centimeter increments; and revised Mid-Tone Audio target range. All other features between the AT Pro and AT Pro International are the same. See comparison chart at garrett.com to compare AT Pro to AT Gold.

AT Pro will work in fresh and salt water. The AT Gold is not recommended for saltwater use or surf hunting. See ATs comparison chart on garrett.com for more info.

hi i have a new AT PRO i went to the beach today and it would not stop chattering, i tried on all setting's i ground balance, i must be doing something wrong. very disapointing too, i drove 1 hour 35 min's to get to it. i have the AT GOLD so i thought it would just be the same. any1 can help?

Big question if I knotch out the junk items will I find anything good and if not what point does knotching out serve? as the sound is all whats needed cause the junk reads the same as the good So if u think having a screen helps cut down junk collecting u r pretty much fooling yourself as its supposed to make metal detecting easyer thank fuck im not deaf

Bought one of these... No better than the EuroAce, the only difference is the At Pro is waterproof and has a ground balance feature which doesn't really make much difference on wet sand! Save your money and buy a euroace!
