Speeding up or not that driver was a knob and should have had more patience.

Because they made no attempt to avoid the collision. There was 5 seconds between the car moving and the collision and they made no adjustment to speed or direction.

Would definitely pick the Simpson and Partners charger because it works locally over Bluetooth so no subscriptions and no worrying about a server going offline plus untethered or tethered options but both look absolutely stunning because you can customise them to your own preference. Simpson and Partners definitely deserves more recognition in the EV world because this would look as good on a new build ultra modern house or a traditional country cottage.

The overtake was a mistake, driver should known better and waited until after the curves. What Jack did was criminal intent, speeding up and causing a crash. People like Jack can't be punished enough for using his car as a weapon.

The grey car in the last clip should not have tried to overtake there. I have driven along that road many times and there is a 30mph speed limit. You have to accelerate there to get up the hill, but it isn't apparent from the camera angle. The grey car should have either gone further ahead before pulling back in, or dopped back behind the cam-car.

The cammer in the last clip also increased their speed from 26mph to 30mph as the car was passing, which is the main cause of the collision. While the gray car was doing a stupid overtake, the cammer is equally at fault, if not more at fault.

If you're ever in a taxi and he breaks the highway code, refuse to pay him. That includes running a red light, using the phone, illegal use of fog lights, in fact any infringement of the highway code. If you're not recording it, chances are the driver will be so he won't phone the police.

8:30 - Robert T - Try putting your headlights on. They likely didn't see you because you're one of those asshats that runs about with no lights on in the dark. (Note you cannot see ANY light being cast on the road from hit headlights, nor can you see any reflecting off of the red car. Quarter to 8 in the morning, in January. Should have lights on!
