Typical of such countries = systematic failure, a culture of cover ups (hush/hush) and the audacity to destroy records (beyond belief)! They were attempting to finish me off too a number of years ago but luckily I ⏰ clocked onto their antics and practices! I have the handwritten letter at my disposal stating, “You need to run into your nearest A&E for a blood transfusion,” had I done so in hindsight, they could’ve given me HIV infected blood, when all I needed was an iron infusion!?!? The nurse admitted that the “professional” at the time made an error!?!?
