What i dont understand is that under the WHO redlist direct applications are allowed but most trust dont allow direct applications saying we are ethical recruiters and stuff. Just allow us direct application i promise you a fraction of nurses can clear the required tests to come abroad like its not going to cause a shortage.

Madhu Sir march mai meri didi ka Manchester and Devon dono mai hi interview clear ho gaya tha. But phir pichle mahine (i.e. May) ko Manchester Trust ne apna offer cancel kar diya aur reason yeh bola ki unke wahan vacancies abhi nahi hai. meri didi ke aur bhi friends ke employment offer cancel ho chuka hai MFT ke taraf se. Phir humne DEVON ko mail kiya yeh janne ke liye ki unka kya status hai toh unhone yeh kaha hai ki "Your Offer Still Stands". Madhu Sir mai sirf yeh janna chahhta hun ki Meri didi ka employment offer DEVON ki taraf se cancel toh ni hoga na?
