Starting salary for a band 5 nurse in London is £29888 ,whereas any other place is £24907. It’s becoz London is a very expensive place. For all those who are coming to UK, other than London , you can except to get salary between £1600-£1800. Nothing more unless u do more nights, overtime, or bank shifts🤷‍♀️

Being a nurse in the Uk for 2.8 yrs I know the basic salary is 24 k up to 2 yrs and thereafter it will be more than 26 k.Also if we do night shifts and weekends,we get enhancements and the payment will be more.Nurses in London will get London allowance appr about 400 pounds per month

Huma Singh As far as I know they won’t consider exp from other country .Overseas nurses are considered as newly qualified after passing osce .Even if it is Gnm,bsc or MSc, the salary scale will be same

I have been living in the UK for past 10 years (from my bachelor degree days -17yrs)- Medical field is great if you a doctor (consultant level) - NHS nursing pay is pathetic in the UK. Add to this, nursing is one of the most poorly paid graduate profession in the UK. if you work in London, you will be getting some allowance but still very low compared to other professionals. Majority of the people I know who work in London Financial services or IT and engineering are getting around 70K to 130K on average where The average salary for Nurse jobs in London is around 30k. Outside of London the salary is even low. If you include the intensity of work including weekend/nights and the so called anti-social hours, then it is slightly higher. Take a pick which job you would want in to do -a gold collar career to work in normal office hours and a pay rise which covers the unsocial hours that nurses is no longer do i.e. future 9-5 engineering/Finance/Investment Banking/IT job in circa ''70 Laks to 1.3 core(+ tax)'' or 30 Laks(+tax) nursing job. Again, I truly admire our Malayali nurses who are loving this profession with a passion and the scarifies they are making! Regarding job scope, yes NHS has lot of nursing vacancies because the young British have shunned nursing profession as a vocation and now as a career hence the demand or shortage. I have recently visited a local hospital and I only ever meting changing shifts of Filipino, Indian and East European nursing staff. The millennials prefer a university degree in Finance/Investment/Management/Engineering/Law/Data Science/AI/Economic/MBBS/IT etc. This is the truth.

i am not mistaken.i was telling abot those who work in london.if your wife is in london and she is working with NHS pls do ask her salary slip it will be above 2300 pounds if she is opted out from NHS pension.my wife also working as a RN and she is getting this much salary.I made this video with the help of the salary slip.should i send you in detial ??? for your kind information i am not making any videos from searching google nd all the videos in my channel are made up with my experiences
