Love these videos ste 💪 I appreciate you giving the time to drop these gems 🔥. Questions: •Can you get a buy to let mortgage when you're doing a refurb? Or does the house need to be rented out within a time frame? •Can you bid in auction under an investors name? So, for example, if I bid to get the property, I'm then liable if the investor decides they dont want it? Or would this be a case of a pre auction contract? •If over 60, can you get a btl mortgage if through a limited company?

I Have a residential mortgage and have capital in my property and due to remortgage this month, my question is! should I release some equity to allow me to purchase properties to flip until I can gain experience to get investor funds for my to push forward with my plans?

For kitchens i understand you prefer Howdens kitchens however what do you choose for worktops for your property. Do you use laminate or composite laminate or quartz worktops. IF Labour do bring capital gains tax in line with higher rate income tax (40/45%) AND they drop the stamp duty threshold down to 125k like the media are speculating.......... Do you think the type of properties we buy will go down in price when we purchase them?

Hi Ste, great video. When in talks with an investor to finance a flip, what interest rate do you offer them over a 12 months period and do you still give them the full 12 months even if they get a return in 6 months? Appreciate you taking the time to create these videos, they are very informative 👍

we bought 3 new properties in a linked transaction from same builder and paid extra stamp duty as required Wales how does capital gains work if we sell one or two propeties get our origional money back but dont sell the third property so have no actual profit ? .

I am looking at bidding on 125sqm detatched property that was a funeral directors - Is getting planning permission straightforward? I am thinking either HMO 5/6 bed (out of article 4) or family house. It was 100k reserve last week its 70k this week is there anything i need to be cautious of with auction property? Also I want to get on your investors list for flips I have emailed.
