UK Rejects German Calls For NATO Downing Missiles In Ukraine, Russia Slams Europe For "Going Broke"

British Foreign Secretary David Cameron has ruled out the possibility of NATO forces intercepting Russian missiles over Ukraine. Speaking to The Times, Cameron said “there are many things we can do to help Ukrainians that are non-escalatory”. This included supplying anti-tank weapons, long-range artillery and other military aid that Russia has repeatedly warned would only exacerbate the conflict. He made the remark after being asked why UK intercepted missiles “going into Israel but no Ukraine.” Moscow had earlier warned European leaders from intentionally stirring up tensions around the situation in Ukraine.

Had the US fought to capture the North, it would have fallen. Instead, The US fought a defensive war, which it won at the time of departure. South Vietnam was not US territory so do not pretend the US was obligated to come back for the 2nd invasion. Afghanistan was invaded to destroy Al Qaeda and kill Bin Laden, both objectives were achieved. The US had the Taliban hiding in Pakistan until we decided to leave. Had Trump not released 5000 terrorists, or even had the Taliban started a war with the US, they would not have taken Afghanistan. The only thing the US did not accomplish was turning Afghanistan into a real country, which it hasn't been for 2000 years. Russia got beaten out of Afghanistan, and their intent was to capture it.

We are already on the precipice of nuclear armagedon, and yet fools keep calling for further escalation. The regular British army no longer has enough troops to fill Wembley stadium. We have spent the last thirty years fighting inexperienced insurgents in third world countries. Even if a war with Russia miraculously managed to avoid going nuclear it would be devastating for the UK. Meanwhile Ukraine is done. The war pigs who cheered this folly on have achieved nothing but Ukraine's destruction and the death of its sons. Western leaders ignored Russias warnings of NATO expansion into Ukraine, they believed they could bully Russia - like they had done so after the fall of the Soviet Union and the previous expansions of NATO - into bending to their will. But Russia isn't the same country it was thirty years ago. Russia is one of the most heavily armed nations earth, with one of the largest stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Russia's army has spent the last couple of years fighting a war against a national army armed with modern weaponry. We need to wake up. Ukraine needs to surrender and the west needs to negotiate terms for peace going forward.

Logic and rational must be symetric and consistent in time If downing a cruise missile or unmanned device in a foreign airspace would mean being automatically at war with the country which launched it , then US is already at war with Iran, and Houtis are de facto at war with the US no ? Russia did down a unmanned US drone in international / non Russian airspace as well no ? then ... what does it mean if we follow the same logic ??! A given country pretends that supplying weapons or even troops on the ground of a third party countries is by definition being belligerant while the same country did provide decades ago weapons and about 6 000 soviet soldiers ( declassified info) who did operate the provided AA system to down US aircrafts in Vietnam sky. Also some of tanks which entered Saigon ( thus not Leopard2 but comparison is valid yet) were driven by white skined non Asian tank drivers... However some very smart Russian diplomats at UN council had a very convincing narrative in the early 70s to explain why all of this was definitely not enough to be considered as belligerant and part of the conflict . It was a Russian narrative not from another country... As per the own definition of belligerance of those russian diplomats there is still some buffer before red line to be crossed ;) Again logic and rational must be symetric and consistent in time

Nothing is for free. The weapons are on a lend-lease deal, the same one the UK had in WW2 that we took until 2006 to finally pay it off. The difference is Ukraine has nothing to pay it off with so the EU has promised the US that they will take the debt, And I bet the UK has taken some of that debt but is keeping it quiet from the British people. We all bow down and do as we're told by our masters in the US
