UK's biggest warship meets Chinese carrier in tense South China Sea

The U.K. Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth is underway in the South China, Sea while the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy flattop Shandong is also in these waters, though the two ships look to be sailing on opposite sides of the disputed body of water, at least for now. The appearance of the British flagship in the South China Sea had been anticipated, but it still carries a significant message as the United Kingdom, and its allies look to further challenge China’s expansive territorial claims in this region.

If S Korea build its own nuclear submarines, it will lock in China's North fleet from leaving which leaves S Korean navy to deal with China's East fleet until their Southern fleet arrive which will be all over by time they get to East sea. Chinese Northern fleet ports are in range of S Korean cruise and tactical missiles and they are within range from S Korean ground based anti ship missiles if they try to pass S Korea. It will give even chance against China's navy without the US navy. S Korean navy has better quality ships and better prepared sailors.

I doubt that South Korean ships are better than the Chinese Navy's latest ships. South Korea has no equivalent to the Type 094/096 093/095 submarines, the Fujian and Shandong/Liaoning carriers, the Type 052D/054B, Type 055 or the 075/071 etc, and China has a very long naval tradition, something that South Korea lacks.

These people have no idea what they are talking about. Without the government, the Chinese won't have today. The government is the representative of the people. Yes it is totalitarian, but any citizen with qualification can work for the government and be part of the government. These people have no idea what they are talking about. When the Chinese were making socks for the world 30 years ago, the world let it be. But when Chinese started to make high technology products, like Huawei and DJI, it caused red-alert. Because when Western and Japanese products are equal to Chinese in technologies, they could never match the price from the Chinese. All these developed countries want China to keep making socks. The recent movement by the US against China has a very important background. When Libya, Iran and China decided to ditch the US dollar in oil trades, Gaddafi’s was killed by the US, Iran was being sanctioned by the US, and now it’s China’s turn. The US has been printing money out of nothing, the only reason why the US Dollar is still widely accepted, it’s because it’s the only currency which oil is allowed to be traded. The US has an agreement with Saudi that oil must be traded in US dollar ONLY. If you don’t use US Dollars, you can’t buy oil, says the US.
