1st time I saw them was with Anti-Nowhere League in Reseda, Californina in March 1982.........Damn that was a show! And saw them many times throughout the 80's and about 1 year ago to. I'm 48 now and I'm as young as EVER!!!!!!!!!! Go Charlie ole friend.

The subs are the band ...the beauty of theire discografi lp ,ep, vinils ,artworck ...the love on anithing they do ,the militance on punk rock since forever.Anywhere you see the subs across the years they totally kill It.Alwais a blast see a UK subs show anywhere .Nicky ,Alvin and band members across the years but Charly is the true father of punk rock since the first wave.i was Lucky when my father buy me UK subs on Green vinil and since then we colect all singles and records .A,B,C,D etc... Another kind of blues,Brand a new age,Crash course ,Diminised responsabilities etc...see them play in the basque country ,Spain ,France and England and UK subs its the punks band.watch videos in east Europe ,Jail show in Argentina with the violadores, south américa ,u.s.a ...UK subs are the kings of punk .Alwais super nice with the small bands and they put the same energy in the smalest show than a Big one .They breed and live punk

Alvy? And Nicky? As recent as 2006. Cool. Glad they found some recognition, having seen them in the early eighties and watched them get completely ignored in the US as if they didn't even exist. Thanks for the post.
