Nitrile are good if you get the proper thick mechanics ones. Work normally suplies the cheapest shit they can find that rip taking them out of the box. Same with the fabric ones, turn your hands black if you get them wet.

Happy new years Chris, I buy those from arco, I think it's 50 pairs of £14 + vat, I wash them twice on a cold with one of those lavender eco egg things from amazon, no detergents and they're still good, anything after that, they're replaced. Take care and all the best.

School boy mistake on the cable ties on the brake lines you always wrap the tie round twice before you put end through the clip learnt that of freuhauh trailers years ago double wrap allways

Use similar 'Handmax' gloves at work, just chuck em in the washing machine when they get oily etc, usually last until the grip wears away so get a few washes out of them. Happy new year!

Polycohealthcare gloves are the best, I find. They don't degrade when subjected to hydraulic, lubricating and diesel oil, coolant too. Happy new year.
