Hello, I will be inviting my brother over to the UK for my University graduation ceremony. However, in the Visa application, we claimed he would be staying for only 2 weeks in the UK before returning to Nigeria. However, my brother wants to stay for the full 6 months visit visa issued. Please, what is the implication of this on me as the invitee? since I intend to apply for my ILR in the next 2 years.
