DIY Touchmark Stamp

I attempted to make my own Blacksmith/Bladesmith's touchmark stamp.
You can get these made on CNC by professional services, but I wanted to make my own.
The method I used to make the stencil by printing a stencil using a Brother P-700 label printer and special stencil tape. I then etched the pattern onto my steel black using saline solution and a 12v Car battery charger.

Perhaps the touchmark isn't as perfect as would been made in a cnc engraver, but it's very well made for handmade! I am sure that as you experimenting with electro-etching soon you will make it better and perhaps smaller for marking more delicate things like jewels or special tools. Well done my friend! Dimitris P.S. For delicate filing you can try use riffler needle files.
