Never interrupt an enemy making a mistake. Nervous Pavlov reaction to Zelenskyy Kursk misadventure would show Russian weakness, but here Russians showed maturity, good judgment and willingness to exploit enemy's mistakes. Zelenskyy already wasted 12,000 troops and tons of equipment that could have been used at a vital Donbass front that is rapidly crumbling. Now he's losing these villages in the middle of nowhere, he managed to capture at such a staggering cost. This misadventure proved to be another unmitigated disaster for Ukraine.

When Russia amassed troops in 2022, Ukrainian forces were shelling Donbas daily and to the greatest extent in years. The Maidan massacre was carried out by snipers stationed in the hotel Ukrainia, according to a verdict handed down on Oct 18th 2023 by the Shviotoshyn District Court in Kiev/Kyiv. Right-Sector and Svoboda played a key role. Right-Sector claimed to have coordinated the Odessa Trade Unions Building massacre. Commander-in-chief Zaluzhnyi hired Dmytro Yarosh, the former leader of Right-Sector, as his personal advisor in 2021. Previously Yarosh said that Zelensky would be hung from a tree if he implemented the Minsk agreements. Circa 2014/15 Ukrainian Ultranationalist battalions headed east to crush dissent. Amnesty International documented war crimes by both sides. The US backed 2014 Putsch, backed by the USA, tore the country apart. In 2008, circa the Bucharest NATO Summit, Lavrov had confidentially expressed concern to his US counterparts about the possibility of civil unrest, or civil war in Ukraine.

In the face of harsh rhetorics for immediate reactions, the Russian leadership, headed by the Master tactician (the Great Putin), has approached numerous battle challenges, calmly; resolving them all. This same approach has been applied to the Kursk incursion. These are but one of the factors that will lead to Russia winning this conflict.
