Right now I'm a student so that ain't happening, but for the future I mean. The laws and place are different. I am not an expert in German or Serbian real estate and do not know laws and what to look for when buying real estate in those countries. You are still too young to be interested in online dating 😀 You are at that age when you can ask a girl out buying her an ice cream, or a bottle of beer 😀 Probably you'll be interested in that in 30 or 40 years 😁

Hey man sorry for writing a third comment on the same video (though it does help your channel, with SEO and what not) - I have a question regarding Ukrainian law. It's also a great idea for your next video! Here: how hard is it to change gender from male to female in Ukraine? Not from a biological aspect, not hormone therapy and all that, but from a law aspect - ID documents, you being registered as a female. How long would it last? How much would it cost? Can you still be mobilized and sent to fight in the current war as a biological male who lawfully changed gender to female? Right now males can't leave Ukraine because of the war but females can - could you, in this case, leave Ukraine?

Wow!!! For a Ukrainian it is a really weird question and situation 😃 I will not record any video about it, but I will try to answer. From practical POV I cannot say anything, but theoretically because EU pushes our government to be loyal to all these gender changes, so theoretically if a man decides to change gender and changes documents that he is a woman - nobody will mobilize him (or her 😁). If the problem is only in guarantee of NOT being mobilized, and leave the country, there are other ways which are much cheaper than changing gender. But if it's a psychological issue and some man feels that he is a woman and needs that change, if he legally changes his gender, nobody will take him to the army against his will and of course, if such person changes docs that he is a woman now - no problem to leave the country 😀

Can You BUY the house. Then Build a Container House or Prefab House yhen Tear Down the other houses or build. Need Septic System and another Deep Well. Love the Land and River conections. Not the house. House needs to have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a fireplace. What are the estimates to have these done?? Indoor plumbing for sure!!! Do people have Garages there??? Is there a Builder there gor hire?? Or do You have to hire a plumber and electrician to het things done???

Of course there are garages and even swimming pools in some village houses. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms house will be pretty difficult to find in Ukrainian village. VERY difficult! You can build such house with everything you want, but it will be from around 150K - 200K and depending on the interior may go up to 400K. I do not think many men will be willing to spend so much money for a house in a countryside somewhere in Ukraine. Regarding building something, just too much to say or write, but you'll certainly hire an architect, several builders and so on for such a huge project.

I agree that it could be sold for more, my father sold our weekend house like 6 years ago for 6000€, which is like 6.700$, and the land + house + general property was smaller, this was in Serbia though. Honestly I wouldn't like to live there, or in any settlement smaller than a large town honestly, I prefer an apartment or a house in a city / large town.

Come to tangier , for 150 000 $ you get an appartement with 2 bedrooms, high end Moroccan standards. 24/24 guardian and underground car parking spot including. 1 bathroom with toilet. + 1 toilet. Some building with swimming pool . . In the afternoon you can wear a t shirt all year long. Tangier is 45mins from Spain by car , international airport, American and french schools and international universities

Although I do like the brick infrastructure of Ukrainian homes but to achieve a nice open living room the structural support needs steel or thick wooden beams.

Land can be bought for building the house, but at this moment I don't think it will be possible to find builders who would build a house fast and for reasonable amount of money. Too many such builders are working outside of Ukraine and will not come until this war is over (
