The SU-35 hands down, especially the ones that Ukraine is getting. They are the A model with some up grades but was meant to be fighters with limited attack. I know some will say they can be upgraded but these aircraft are at the end of their life, that is why they are giving them away. The money to send them back to the US and have them recondition before up grading it would be better to by new ones!
